As small business owners and creators, we wear five different hats every single day. Between the inbox, the data entry, and the constant copy-and-pasting, it’s easy to get stuck in the weeds of your business instead of growing it.
Welcome to The 25th Hour, a hands-on workshop designed to introduce you to The No-Code Revolution and show you how to tame the chaos using simple AI tools.
We are excited to host Konstantin Kaufmann, an expert in systems and workflow optimization, to lead this interactive session.
How the Session Works:
Part 1: The Blueprint: Konstantin will break down some no-code AI automations you can use to streamline your office, organize your inbox, and handle client onboarding without needing a tech degree.
Part 2: Breakout Sessions: We will break into collaborative working groups to solve real-world problems. Whether you want to automate your invoices or find a better way to batch content, we are building solutions in the room.
Remember Goosebumps? Well, you get to choose your ending:
Bring Your Business Problems: Want to look at your actual workflow? Bring your laptop! Fill out our quick questionnaire ahead of time so Konstantin and the team can prepare based on your business type.
Join the Working Session: Don't have a specific problem but want to learn the tools? We love that! Join a breakout group, see how these automated solutions work in real-time.

Konstantin Kaufmann runs Kaufmann Earth, a Madison County practice that builds and runs the systems behind small and growing businesses — from quick automation wins to custom software when off-the-shelf doesn't fit. He recently moved from Berlin, Germany to New Woodstock.
He also builds and operates Kaufmann Health, a German telehealth platform connecting people with body-oriented therapists — designed and run solo with the help of the same kind of automation he'll cover in this session. Before that, he led the cards product at N26 (Europe's largest digital bank) and served as Head of Academy at the Franklin Institute of Applied Sciences, where he built a 12-month Product Management certification program serving 150+ students.
Konstantin believes technology should help you work smarter, not pull you deeper into the weeds.
